    Job Description
    The Position:
    • You will be required to perform data entry based on the data shown on the computer screen.
    • The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English.


    Skill Requirements:
    • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
    • Own Laptop/Desktop and Internet service.
    • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
    • Contact Centre Operating Days : Monday -Sunday.
    • Rotational shifts : 4pm -12am /9pm -5am.
    • Typing speed: 35wpm.


    The Package :
    • Attractive hourly rate: RM 7.30 - RM 13 per hour based on performance.
