• Customer Service Executive - Work From Home


    Job Description
    The Position:
    • The Executive- Customer Service will be required to answer all incoming calls and resolve customers’ enquiries in relation to respective project products and services.
    • The position will require you to support the contact centre in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    Skill Requirements:
    • Min SPM – fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
    • Candidates must have own PC / Laptop as per specifications provided and USB noise cancelling headsets.
    • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
    • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
    • Contact centre is open from 24/7 / 5-day week; off days are based on the roster.

    The Package :
    • Attractive Salary (RM 2500 - 2800).
    • 6-month renewable contract(terms and conditions apply)
    • Performance Related Bonus on a quarterly basis for confirmed staff.
    • 10 days Annual Leave / 14 days Medical Leave.
