Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle RightNow CX systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally. Troubleshooting and Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Oracle RightNow CX system. Provide ongoing support to users and assist in problem resolution.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the RightNow CX system. Perform regular backups and data recovery procedures as needed.
- Custom Development: Develop and manage custom scripts and interfaces to support business needs and enhance system functionality.
- User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for system users and create detailed documentation for system processes and troubleshooting procedures.
- Cross-Business Unit Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that support their goals. This includes acting as a vital liaison between the technical team and end-users, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization.
Skill Requirements:
- Required to speak, read and write in English.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle RightNow CX, including configuration, customization, and administration. Familiarity with related technologies such as MySQL, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently. Experience: Proven experience in system administration, particularly with Oracle RightNow CX or similar CRM systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
