Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Issue and distribute invoices.
- Build and process quotations.
- Process new contracts and sales.
- Collaborate with other departments/teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Address customer complaints and questions.
- Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions.
- Assist with customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare and present analytical reports.
- Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups.
- Resolve any issues or mistakes.
- Propose potential sales opportunity and upsell to customers.
- Procurement of spare parts and logistics.
- Speak to customers with clarity and ensure that the information regarding their service is communicated with clarity.
- Any additional task assigned by management.
Skill Requirements:
- Required to speak and write in English.
- Proven experience as a billing executive or similar accounting role.
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- IT knowledge (Hardware/Software) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile, customer centric.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- BSc/BA in accounting or similar field is preferred but not a requirement.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
- Attractive Salary. (RM3,000-RM3,500).
