Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Be the key expert in the Report template, working sheet and formulas built in Excel or any reporting tools.
  • Compile the raw data for the development of the report.
  • Liaise with raw data owner for data hygiene and clarification on data accuracy as well as data massaging into useable information.
  • Create, update and modify the working sheet formulas to ensure data accuracy and any new request from client for new computation.
  • Update the monthly SLA word report (graph, tables, numbers, content).
  • Perform monthly report validation with client operation team.
  • Liaise with PCCW internal operation to seek answers based on queries raised by client on data content in the worksheet and monthly SLA report.
  • Produce data dashboard using tools for the raw data extracted.
  • Improve on the worksheet, dashboard, reporting to simplify the report generation.
Skill Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Reporting, Dashboarding and Data mining, Asset Management.
  • Experience in tools such as Helix BMC, Serena, Microsoft Office Excel on pivot, formulas, table, etc, Powerpoint, Word for reporting documentation, Report Dashboard such as Grafana, Tableau, BMC dashboard.
  • Experience in System (Linux/Windows/Weblogic/Database/Storage/Network) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in data analytic, data analysis, data presentation will be added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills, background analytics and focus on excellent customer service/support.
  • Independent, driven and able to multi-task, strong time management skills and strong team player.
  • Required Language(s): English, Cantonese (speaking is a must).
The Package :
  • Attractive Salary (RM4,000 – RM4,500).
  • Annual Leave 15 days.
  • Medical Leave 14 days.
  • Medical and hospitalization coverage.
