    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Manage team, scheduling and managing ongoing projects.
    • Coordinate and conduct employee training, evaluation and coaching for improvements.
    • Provide support during hiring and onboarding process.
    • Identify areas for service improvements.
    • Support service quality improvements including, audits, reporting, process enhancement and also provide investigation, root cause analysis and case chronology when needed.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Degree or Diploma and at least 12 months of experience in current position with excellent disciplinary and performance track record.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
    • PC technical knowledge, pc products and technology and good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment & tight timeline.
    • Excellent internal/external customer communication and negotiation skills.
    • Able to prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
    • Result oriented team player who can work independently, self-motivated and show initiative with a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.

    • Attractive Salary (RM 5,000 - RM 6,000).
