Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of eLearning courses/ projects from inception to completion.
- Create engaging learning and compelling course content.
- Assist in the design, development, and editing of online material and content using our authoring tools to create stunning content.
- Create, upload, and manage learning content and assessment in our Learning Management System.
- Convert eLearning content from traditional media and classroom lectures into online and e-learning modules.
- Identify and understand market trends & needs for online learning. Identify, produce and manage all learning content across the company.
- Explore the best practices, online learning model, and software on the market and make suggestions on improving the development of eLearning courses.
- Understand and fulfill stakeholders' & clients' needs in providing bespoke eLearning content.
- Suggest new innovative ways of developing online content and keep up to date with the latest trends.
- Lead and manage the Production Team in producing eLearning content, especially in planning, creating storyboards, developing content, and scripting.
- Work with the internal eLearning Content on the development of e-learning training content.
- Provide management with information on the development of the project at each stage.
- Monitoring and maintaining the staff performance /productivity to reach the assigned targets.
- Assist in the evaluation of the performance of the team, and help organize and distribute workload within the team.
- Ensure adherence to operational Processes & Procedures.
- Motivate and manage discipline in the team.
Skill Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Understanding of a variety of learning styles, assessment, and evaluation methods.
- Self-disciplined in work quality and continuous improvement. Able to keep up with evolving eLearning tech and theories.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Possess excellent management skills in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the team.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
