    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • BI Dashboard & Reporting Development:
      • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide insights into sales, inventory, marketing performance, and other key business metrics.
      • Use Power BI to integrate data from various sources, including Salesforce, ERP systems, and external data sources, ensuring that dashboards are intuitive, accurate, and insightful.
    • Data Analysis & Insights:
      • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement, revenue growth, and cost optimization.
      • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to support strategic business initiatives and help solve business challenges.
    • Salesforce Expertise:
      • Leverage Salesforce CRM data to create reports and dashboards that enhance sales forecasting, performance analysis, and customer insights.
      • Ensure Salesforce data is accurately integrated with other business systems for cohesive reporting.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
      • Collaborate closely with business leaders, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that meet those needs.
      • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Assist in setting up training and best practices for Power BI users across the organization.
    • FMCG Business Insight:
      • Apply a deep understanding of FMCG operations, including sales forecasting, demand planning, distribution, and marketing effectiveness, to generate actionable business insights.
      • Track and report on key FMCG KPIs (e.g., sales growth, market share, stock turn, promotional effectiveness) and assist in performance reviews.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Would be involved in End-to-End lifecycle of the Dashboards/reports:
    • Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users on understanding of the data flow and usage between applications.
    • Support gathering requirements and Consultation / Solution Design.
    • Should be able to communicate effectively during the development phase.
    • Conducts and leads UAT, Troubleshooting and Resolution.
    • End-user Engagement: Communication and Education.


    The Package :
    • Earn up to RM 4500.
    • 15 days Annual Leave.
