Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Conduct New Hire Induction and explain the benefits and terms and conditions.
- Complete Confirmation, Extension Contract, Employee Movement, Transfer, Resignation, and Redundancy end-to-end process.
- Issuance and deactivation of the company access card for employee movement.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update the Medical Registration template for new hires’ insurance coverage based on the terms stipulated in the employment contract.
- Leave Management handling inclusive of the monthly leave reconciliation and document maintenance.
- Income Tax document handling for expatriate employees.
- Statutory handling for EPF, Sosco, EIS, and Income Tax.
- Assist and participate in ad hoc / special projects as assigned from time to time due to business requirements.
Skill Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline.
- Between 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.

The Package :
- Monthly Salary (RM 2800 -RM 3500; will be commensurate with relevant experience)
- Performance Related Bonus on a half-yearly basis for confirmed staff.
- Annual Leave 15 days.
- Medical Leave 14 days.
- Medical and hospitalization coverage.
