    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Works with end business users to develop, code, and launch complex cross channel CRM marketing campaigns.
    • Translates end-user-stated business objectives into actionable solutions and understands end-user communication needs and data streams.
    • Designs and documents solutions to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
    • Works with the customer to understand key campaign parameters and requirements.
    • Works with other members of the Engagement Services team to provide best practice recommendations to customers.
    • Design and document solutions that leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer success.
    • Leverage a foundational understanding of data modelling to determine data flow and transformations necessary to import and transform data necessary to run journeys.
    • Create automation for file/data import, audience segmentation, and journey kick-offs leveraging automation activities including but not limited to: SQL Queries, File Transfers, Import Files, Data Extracts, Verifications, Send Email, Send SMS.
    • Develop SQL code necessary to import and transform data requiring use of Data Extensions and SFTP connectors.
    • Create and leverage hand-written AMPscript in order to personalize emails and add dynamic content to said emails.
    • Identify and define Journey entry sources and decision splits in any given journey with Data Extensions, Lists (or Audiences), Salesforce Data, API, Events.
    • Create HTML based emails handling requirements and issues from various different email service providers (eg. Gmail, Outlook, etc).
    • Work independently under direction in order to ensure customer success.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin is added advantage.
    • Good multitasking ability.
    • Excellent computer knowledge: MS Office including MS Outlook and surfing the internet for information or research.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Fast typing skills (minimum 35 words per minute).
    • Preferably with contact center background.
    • Project coordination and resource planning skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Speak with good pace, articulate and have clear pronunciation.
    • Must have 5 years of experience on the SFMC platform in email, SMS, and push notifications.
    • Must have 1 years of experience in setting up Salesforce Data Cloud or comparable Customer Data Platform.
    • Other Marketing Automation platform experience is a plus.
    • Must have one Certification: Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Certified Email Specialist.

    • Attractive Salary (RM6,250 – RM12,500).
