    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users (on-site or remote).
    • Provide support for Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office suite, and standard enterprise applications.
    • Perform system imaging, deployment, and hardware refreshes.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory.
    • Support network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and basic network troubleshooting.
    • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests via the ITSM/ticketing system.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular audits.
    • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
    • Support video conferencing equipment and remote meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
    • Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to supported systems.
    • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
    • Document solutions, procedures, and update the knowledge base.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Excellent command of spoken & written English.
    • Good multitasking ability.
    • Proficient with Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
    • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365 administration.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with end-user hardware and software.
    • Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT) and remote support tools.
    • Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
    • 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or IT technical support.
    • Desired Certificates: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+ / Network+,ITIL Foundation,Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) – if supporting macOS.
