    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • To coordinate the resolution of all escalations.
    • Accountable for directly working with the business to assist in all case escalations.
    • Identify and execute robust and continuous improvement opportunities within the stakeholders.
    • Closely interact with business and provide ad-hoc solutions to their solution needs.
    • Require to standby after office hours to manage escalation from other continents and regions.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Diploma or Degree holder or an equivalent professional qualification preferably in Business, Information System, IT.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT & business intelligence or 2 to 5 years.
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
    • Proficient in MS Office and PC applications.
    • Good Project Management skills.
    • Ability to think strategically.
    • Excellent communication.
    • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
    • Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic work environment.

    • Attractive Salary (RM7,000 – RM10,000).
