    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Executing project management plans for new and existing projects (Within ICT department).
    • Providing advice and point of contacts with B&D, PMO and ICT teams on all ICT projects implementation.
    • Develop and maintain project documents and governance mechanism.
    • Monitoring and reporting on project progress against predetermined scope, timeline, follow up and other specifications related to ICT department.
    • Enforce ICTBT policies and practices, which recognize the current and evolving needs of all the stakeholders.
    • Handle Request for Proposal (RFP) & other Technology Proposals.
    • Prepare policies and process related to project bidding and project execution based on the scoping done by B&D or Client aligned with ISO standard.
    • Provide technical process flows and other technical documents with the help of other ICT division heads whenever there is any request from the client.
    • Benchmarking the system capabilities and the limitations of various systems deployed at Scicom to carry out client profiling. Also, look at alternative options which could be provided for the client.
    • To provide a standard scoping document with a standard timeline of ICT system infrastructure implementation.
    • Prepare internal Project Planning using Microsoft Project and follow up accordingly.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent or Professional Certification in one or more fields of Information Technology.
    • Possess Project Management qualifications (ITIL, PMP and PRINCE2) would be an added advantage.
    • Develop plans for implementation of projects and the exploitation of contact center technologies relevant to the goals for the organization.
    • Well-developed capacity for critical, conceptual and reflective thinking, and multi-faceted problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lead implementation team and experience to a range of circumstances requiring considerable interpretation.
    • Excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
    • Ability to prepare technical write-up and present reports.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and clients.
    • Ability to deal with sensitive issues and manage information in a confidential manner.
    • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assist with the ICT Projects required by the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members.

    • Attractive Salary (RM4,000 – RM4,500).
