    Job Description
    The Position:
    • The Executive –Technical Support will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs, Laptops, and related products and services. The position will require you to support the contact center in spoken and written English and Thai


    Skill Requirements:
    • Degree in IT related disciplines
    • 23 years old and above
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai.
    • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
    • Dynamic, highly motivated, and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
    • Well versed in PC hardware, software, and Smartphones
