Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manage team, scheduling and managing ongoing projects.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training, evaluation and coaching for improvements.
- Provide support during hiring and onboarding process.
- Identify areas for service improvements.
- Support service quality improvements including, audits, reporting, process enhancement and also provide investigation, root cause analysis and case chronology when needed.
Skill Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma and at least 12 months of experience in current position with excellent disciplinary and performance track record.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English.
- PC technical knowledge, pc products and technology and good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a multi-tasked environment & tight timeline.
- Excellent internal/external customer communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Result oriented team player who can work independently, self-motivated and show initiative with a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.
The Package :
- Attractive Salary (RM 5,000 - RM 6,000).
