Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Load warranty & extended warranty entitlement for eligible IP.
- Communicate across multiple functions to accurately load data.
- Create weekly metric charts and focus on metrics to meet delivery performance targets.
- Provide reports, trackers, and part ordering data upon request.
- Coordinate with IP and Contracts team to ensure appropriate timeline is achieved.
- Support ASEAN I team for data attribute update as required by business such us but not limited to record type, Installed at address, serial number, etc.
- Complete and maintain output report to track productivity.
- Primary focus will be to provide support to internal and external customers across ASEAN.
- Interact with different stakeholder and communicate across organization.
- To work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by his/her superior provided that it does not go against the company policy.
Skill Requirements:
- High school Degree in any related disciplines.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experiences in a similar role is an advantage.
- At least 1 year contact centre experience is required.
- Oracle knowledge & MS Office Knowledge required.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
