    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Load warranty & extended warranty entitlement for eligible IP.
    • Communicate across multiple functions to accurately load data.
    • Create weekly metric charts and focus on metrics to meet delivery performance targets.
    • Provide reports, trackers, and part ordering data upon request.
    • Coordinate with IP and Contracts team to ensure appropriate timeline is achieved.
    • Support ASEAN I team for data attribute update as required by business such us but not limited to record type, Installed at address, serial number, etc.
    • Complete and maintain output report to track productivity.
    • Primary focus will be to provide support to internal and external customers across ASEAN.
    • Interact with different stakeholder and communicate across organization.
    • To work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by his/her superior provided that it does not go against the company policy.


    Skill Requirements:
    • High school Degree in any related disciplines.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Prior experiences in a similar role is an advantage.
    • At least 1 year contact centre experience is required.
    • Oracle knowledge & MS Office Knowledge required.
    • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
    • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
