Job Description
The Role:
- The Inside Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales team by managing sales processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of orders.
- This role involves working closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and revenue growth.
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Support the inside sales team with order processing, pricing approvals, and deal execution.
- Manage CRM systems(D365), ensuring data accuracy and reporting insights for sales performance.
- Coordinate with finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Streamline sales workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota tracking.
- Act as a liaison between inside sales and other business functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, BI or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (D365 preferred) Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Qlik.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
