Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- To ensure that all scanned and ready for Authenticity Check applications are processed within 24 hours.
- To vet through the documents using the processing checklist as a guideline.
- Make sure that all errors that require corrections are highlighted to customers by a notification via STARS.
- To make sure that STARS status are updated correctly.
- Highlight all urgent cases to the Line Manager for further assistance.
- To seek Line Manager Assistance whenever needed.
- Able to complete that daily processing quota that is set by the management.
- Highlight any downtime or technical issue to the Line manager for further escalation.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager or any other Operations Management team as and when required.
- When operational situations arise, management will require the executive to stay back and complete all assigned duties.
Skill Requirements:
- Able to define errors while processing documents.
- Work under pressure during high volume and ensure there are no backlogs.
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Attractive Salary (RM2,500)
