    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • To ensure that all scanned and ready for Authenticity Check applications are processed within 24 hours.
    • To vet through the documents using the processing checklist as a guideline.
    • Make sure that all errors that require corrections are highlighted to customers by a notification via STARS.
    • To make sure that STARS status are updated correctly.
    • Highlight all urgent cases to the Line Manager for further assistance.
    • To seek Line Manager Assistance whenever needed.
    • Able to complete that daily processing quota that is set by the management.
    • Highlight any downtime or technical issue to the Line manager for further escalation.
    • Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager or any other Operations Management team as and when required.
    • When operational situations arise, management will require the executive to stay back and complete all assigned duties.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Able to define errors while processing documents.
    • Work under pressure during high volume and ensure there are no backlogs.
    • Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel)
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
    • Attractive Salary (RM2,500)
