Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Competent advice and support for customers and advisors by phone and email.
- Determining the respective, customer-specific requirements, individual assistance, finding solutions and product advice.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction even in tricky situations.
- Contact documentation.
- Order entry.
- Escalation trough the specific systems if necessary.
