    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Competent advice and support for customers and advisors by phone and email.
    • Determining the respective, customer-specific requirements, individual assistance, finding solutions and product advice.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction even in tricky situations.
    • Contact documentation.
    • Order entry.
    • Escalation trough the specific systems if necessary.
