Job Description
The Responsibilities of the Role:
- Oversees the IT related issues that are essential to business.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service including strong analytical, business process understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Control tower and coordination of service delivery related responses and activities.
- Ability to think logically and quickly under pressure.
- Proactiveness 24x7 monitoring & real-time visibility to IT outage in real time manner.
- Monitoring, maintaining tickets and work closely with business stakeholders on IT Issue.
- Provide fast and efficient support when and where it’s needed to ensure end users remain productive and operations run smoothly.
- Handle support tickets within the required SLA and IT service.
- Support first level documentation and user guide.
- Keep IT management apprised of critical issues.
- Able to identify and trigger the rightful ticket resolution owner in accordance with business process.
- Handle L2 ticket/issues escalated for resolution.
Skill Requirements:
- Required to speak, read and write in English and Mandarin.
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering / IT / Computer Science.
- Strong language competencies in English and other languages are added advantage.
- Able to work night shift.
- Minimum 2 years of total IT experience/software/services.
- At least 2 years Call Centre experience.
The Package :
- Attractive Salary (RM4,000 – RM5,000).
