    Job Description
    The Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Oversees the IT related issues that are essential to business.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service including strong analytical, business process understanding and problem-solving skills.
    • Control tower and coordination of service delivery related responses and activities.
    • Ability to think logically and quickly under pressure.
    • Proactiveness 24x7 monitoring & real-time visibility to IT outage in real time manner.
    • Monitoring, maintaining tickets and work closely with business stakeholders on IT Issue.
    • Provide fast and efficient support when and where it’s needed to ensure end users remain productive and operations run smoothly.
    • Handle support tickets within the required SLA and IT service.
    • Support first level documentation and user guide.
    • Keep IT management apprised of critical issues.
    • Able to identify and trigger the rightful ticket resolution owner in accordance with business process.
    • Handle L2 ticket/issues escalated for resolution.


    Skill Requirements:
    • Required to speak, read and write in English and Mandarin.
    • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in Engineering / IT / Computer Science.
    • Strong language competencies in English and other languages are added advantage.
    • Able to work night shift.
    • Minimum 2 years of total IT experience/software/services.
    • At least 2 years Call Centre experience.

    • Attractive Salary (RM4,000 – RM5,000).
